HOW IS Platelet Rich Plasma TREATMENT APPLIED?
In the Platelet Rich Plasma method, the blood taken from the patient is injected into the tissue with abrasion or any problem. The clot cells taken from the patient begin to repair the damaged tissue. The purpose of Platelet Rich Plasma treatment is to ensure that more clot cells than normal go to the damaged tissue.
Platelet Rich Plasma treatment is effective in cases such as calcification, meniscus and knee ligament damage. Again, if the joint fluid is decreased, there are also Platelet Rich Plasma with added joint fluid.
